On 15 July 2020, Kamil Smuga, CIO and VP at Limitless, participated in a remote meeting of the Advisory Board of FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress. The discussion centred on updating the congress programme issues in view of the changes that the fintech and insurtech sectors had to face in 2020.
Kamil Smuga presented the issue of building a competitive advantage in the current business context, drawing attention to the need to rebuild the model of functioning of companies in various industries: “’The first step is to digitise the enterprise – sales, customer service, marketing efforts are to be transferred online. The next step is acquiring the technology to change these processes or implement new ones easily. It becomes critical to move toward an organisation that is Agile – that is able to introduce modifications and respond to change”.
