Limitless Technologies is one of the Strategic Partners of the 32nd edition of the EuroPOWER Energy Conference & the 2nd OZE Power Congress, which took place on 16 and 17 November 2020.
As part of a panel on the digitisation of the energy sector, Kamil Smuga, VP and CIO at Limitless Technologies, together with Ariel Galik, Account Executive at Salesforce, delivered a presentation on “Building Leadership through Customer Experience Development”. Discussing the current market situation, altered by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, they identified key trends in the development of energy companies and the associated opportunities and challenges in implementing digitisation.
In their speech, they also posited that in preparation for the coming postcovid chapter, energy companies need to focus on new sources of customer value by continuously developing the experience across digital channels.
